The Regional Carnival was to launch the “www.sea-farmnet.org”, an information and communication technology (ICT) based platform for sharing and providing information on sustainable agriculture food technologies to rural farmers in the ASEAN region. The ASEAN Foundation is calling all ASEAN university students between the ages of 18 – 25 to be part of the ASEAN Community building process by registering in “The ASEAN Foundation First Model ASEAN Meeting 2015”.

Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) and ASEAN Foundation (AF) have entered into an agreement to develop highly qualified human resources in the area of science and technology within the ASEAN Member States through the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute – ASEAN Foundation Post-Graduate Scholarship Programme in Science and Technology (Phase 2).
The ASEAN Foundation was established by the ASEAN Leaders in December 1997 during ASEAN’s 30th Anniversary Commemorative Summit to help bring about shared prosperity and a sustainable future to all 10 ASEAN Member Countries, namely, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam.
