The Coordinating Meeting between ASEAN Foundation, KADIN, APINDO and PA CSR
The Executive Director of ASEAN Foundation, Dr. Makarim Wibisono presided over a coordinating meeting between ASEAN Foundation, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KADIN), Indonesian Business Association (APINDO) and PA CSR in ASEAN Foundation Secretariat on February 16, 2012. This meeting aimed at preparing the ASEAN-Latin America Business Forum 2012 which will take place in Grand Hyatt Hotel on April 16-17, 2012.
KADIN was represented by Mr. Juan Permata Adoe, H. E. Mr. Rahardjo Jamtomo, Mr. Oliver Oehms and other staffs, and APINDO was represented by Mr. Chris Kanter, Ms. Shinta W. Kamdani, Ms. Hardini Puspasari and Mr. Barliana Amin, and other staffs, while PA CSR was represented by Dr. Evi Douren, Mr. Ketut Sutawijaya and Ms. Yuce Siti Maria.
The meeting decided that the Executive Director of ASEAN Foundation, Dr. Makarim Wibisono accompanied by Mr. Juan Permata Adoe from KADIN and Ms. Shinta W. Kamdani from APINDO would meet H. E. Mr. Gita Wiryawan, Minister of Trade of Indonesia on February 17, 2012 to submit the progress report of the preparation of the ASEAN-Latin America Business Forum 2012 and seek for Minister Gita’s assistance to invite good speakers for the event.
The ASEAN Foundation was established by the ASEAN Leaders in December 1997 during ASEAN’s 30th Anniversary Commemorative Summit to help bring about shared prosperity and a sustainable future to all 10 ASEAN Member Countries, namely, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam.
