ASEAN Digital Empowerment

The programme provide disadvantaged youth, aged 18 to 30 year old, free access to SAP Learning Hub to gain the essential skills needed to compete and strive in today's labour market.

ASEAN Foundation, with the support from SAP, launches the ASEAN Digital Empowerment (ADE) to provide disadvantaged youth free access to SAP Learning Hub and gain the essential skills needed to strive and compete in today's labour market. The platform provides varying courses aligned with the crucial skills recommended by the World Economic Forum (WEF) including, but not limited to:

  1. Human experience management
  2. Business intelligence
  3. Data science
  4. Software development
  5. Computer sciences
  6. Design thinking
  7. Business model innovation, and many other career paths.

SAP partners with various companies worldwide, such as Google, IBM, HP, and WTA, to provide further opportunities for employment. To complete the certification programme, participants will be guided by SAP experts and can interact and collaborate with other peers to achieve their learning objective. SAP currently offers more than 150 certification exams in 9 languages, from the associate to the professional level. 

Through this initiative, the ASEAN Foundation and SAP will provide free access to SAP Learning Hub for up to 1,000 disadvantaged, jobless youth aged 18 to 30 years old. All selected youth will gain full access to the learning materials, allowing them to efficiently prepare for the professional SAP Global Certification programme and improve their employability.
