Ayu's journey began in the media industry, where she honed communication skills as an editor assistant and reporter. Transitioning to the ASEAN Foundation as a Digital Communications Coordinator expanded her expertise in communications, managing digital promotions and media relations. Inspired by project management, she managed initiatives like the ASEAN Seeds for the Future and ASEAN Youth Social Journalism Contest. Today, as a Programme Officer, she oversees diverse projects, including the AI TEACH for ASEAN initiative, driven by a commitment to excellence and impactful contributions.
