INVITATION FOR TENDERS
PRINTING SERVICES FOR PUBLICATIONS
Three decades after ASEAN was established, ASEAN leaders recognised that: there remained inadequate shared prosperity, ASEAN awareness and contact among people of ASEAN. It was of this concern that ASEAN leaders established ASEAN Foundation during ASEAN’s 30th Anniversary Summit in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on 15 December 1997, ASEAN Foundation (www.aseanfoundation.org) is an organisation from and for the people of ASEAN. The Foundation exists because of one vision: to build a cohesive and prosperous ASEAN Community. As an ASEAN’s body, the Foundation is tasked to support ASEAN mainly in promoting awareness, identity, interaction and development of the people of ASEAN.
ASEAN FOUNDATION invites vendors in ASEAN countries to submit a quotation for printing services for publications year 2020. Detail and requirement of goods can be seen as follows:

APPLICATION PROCESS
All interested and suitably qualified vendors should provide the necessary documents as follows: a) quotation, b) company profile, c) tax number (if any), d) bank account, and e) proposed payment terms.
The documents shall be submitted via email to [email protected] or via mail in a sealed envelope addressed to ASEAN Foundation, Jl. Sam Ratulangi No.2, Menteng, Jakarta - 10350, Indonesia.
