Prior to joining the ASEAN Foundation, Ratieh worked as Executive Trade Fairs at the German-Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 10 years, representing trade fairs organisers in Germany such as Koelnmesse and Messe Muenchen. There, she was tasked to promote trade fairs in Germany among Indonesian companies. Before that, worked as Finance and Administration Officer at PT. Bela Utama, a forwarder company, for 3 years.
Ratieh had a Bachelor's degree in Economic Management from Universitas Nasional.
